Coach Finley has over 30 years of Volleyball coaching under his belt. He has coached high school, Division 1 Universities, and camps. He has also played for many adult league teams.

James retired from collegiate coaching in 2019 after a successful career ending at Seattle University. James started running volleyball camps in 1998 and has worked diligently over the years to improve the quality of volleyball camps (not only his, but others as well as the National Director, Nike Volleyball Camps).

Each year, James brings together a coaching staff from all parts of the country and all walks of life to provide a strong diverse team to provide quality volleyball education to your players. Our coaches are there to provide volleyball instruction using the methods and processes designed by Coach Finley.

The James Finley Volleyball Camps have the highest rate of return for all US SPORTS CAMPS events with players returning year after year and bringing their friends because of the excellent experience and fun they had at our camps.
